- Our classes wanted to learn more English, so our three English teachers had a brilliant idea. They sat down together and planned something special: a trip to Italy. [Maria]
- Italy is one of the most popular travel destinations on earth. It is famous for the delicious food, architecture, opera and fashion. Therefore, I got excited when I learned about our trip. [Karol]
- At the beginning we had penfriends in Emilia Romagna, Italy. We exchanged letters in English with them for a few months, but because they didn’t have enough teachers to do the trip, we couldn’t visit them. [Lia]
- Luckily, we found a new partner school (Bearzi) in Udine, and they have the same school topics/subjects like us (for example: science, robotics)! [Alisah]
- At first I was a bit nervous about the trip. I even studied useful phrases at home. [Lina]
- I prepared for this trip by buying a few snacks for the way and a present for my host family. [Hamza]
- It took us five hours to get from Graz to Udine. In the afternoon we had a rally in the old part of town. After that we ate some ice cream and then we went to our partner school to meet our host siblings. I was very lucky and my host family was very friendly. [David]
- It was so cool to see how different the school system in Italy is. On Monday we all were in school and had three workshops about robotics, science and pyrography. [Marie]
- I definitely liked science the most, because we explored our DNA. [Alisah]
- On the last day of our trip to Udine we finished our workshops in school and made our way to Triest. We went to a very informative science museum. [Fairouz]
- That was my favourite part of the journey because you can try everything out there. [Elias T.]
- I hope everyone enjoyed the trip! I loved it! [Elias K.]
- When the Italians come to us, I hope we’ll do more exciting projects, like the ones we did in Italy. [Lina]
